Ok! I had his book on my TBR for a while now and I have to say that it’s one out of my comfort zone. I am not into fantasy, sci-fi at all. I love crime/ thrillers, psychological dramas and I never say no to a rom con once in a while. The only fantasy I have ever read is the TWILIGHT series and planning on grabbing MIDNIGHT SUN as soon as I get out the house.
Back to LOVE BITES. Not a book I would grab easily. I requested it from NetGalley when I first became a member and had no clue about the approval rate. I just wanted to build up good points. Now, I realised I have to read it and review it as promised.
SYNOPSIS:
Two years after a painful divorce, Chloe is still struggling to leave the house, paralysed by anxiety and memory. So when she’s bullied into a night of dancing by her busybody aunt and finds herself in a goth club, on her own, in a strange part of town, she isn’t looking for anything more than to pass the time until she can leave.
Then she meets Angela, a smart, beautiful astronomy Ph.D. student whose smile makes her heart pound. In Angela’s eyes, Chloe can see a future. Suddenly, home alone is the last place Chloe wants to be.

Angela and Chloe might just be perfect for each other. But how do you build a life together when one of you is already dead?
I actually enjoyed this book. The perfect rom com between two girls, a human and a vampire. The characters are strongly built and develop as the story evolves. A good written story for everyone who is into the genre
